En+ Create!

En+ Create! represents engineering and technical field of the Group companies’ policy of Sustainable Development. People are our main asset. By attracting children and teenagers to scientific and technical creative work, we are shaping the elite of engineers, crucial for further development of Eastern Russia.

The goal of joint program of Oleg Deripaska’s Charitable Foundation "Volnoe Delo" and En+ «Robotics» is to encourage the young men’s interest in technical fields, familiarize them with advanced achievements of modern science and change approaches of educational system by redirecting it to training of highly-skilled experts targeted at practical benefit and creation of product in demand.

By implementing Robotics program, En+ establishes a solid all-Russia system of continuous engineering and technical education of children and youth, envisaging equal access of children to cutting-edge technologies and competencies, high level of technical facilities at schools, opportunity to learn from high-qualified teachers, finding a decent job or opening an own business in the area of innovations.

The target group of the program is children and youth aging 8 to 30. Currently the program is available in 40 entities of Russia. The resource centers of general and professional robotics unite more than 100 instructors, with 1500 contestants competing and 8 000 potential engineers studying. In early 2012 En+ proceeded to introduction of Robotics program in Irkutsk region. Currently it encompasses 60 students.

First training centers of general and professional robotics have been established on the basis of 6 schools: Secondary school of general education No 40 of the city of Angarsk, Lyceum No 1 of the city of Bratsk, Irkutsk secondary school of general education No 80, Irkutsk College of Energy, Corporate Scientific and Research Center of PJSC "Irkutskenergo" and Irkutsk State Technical University.

All resource centers are equipped with necessary tools: robot constructor labs, robot training and competition arenas. 20 instructors of the centers have been trained on the basis of summer special School of Robotics within the frameworks of All-Russia Youth Camp "Seliger-2012".

The main Russian ground of competitions in robotics is Robofest. Winning the contest guarantees participation in the most prestigious international engineering and technical festivals: FIRST, WRO and ABU RoboCon.

In 2012 Russian team was for the first time invited to Northern American World Robot Competition FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) and FIRST LEGO League (FLL).

In 2013 En+ arranges the first Irkutsk Robotics Festival.
